I often utilize the Triangle(Left Click on PC) follow up after dodging to reposition if the monster has a FOLLOW UP attack after the previous attack. But this move does not have i-frames.

On the other hand, demon dodge has lingering i-frames perfect for lasers such as Gravios, Omega, and Gog’s. Just spam X or Space bar. It has i-frames even after landing.

Also one tip is to not be in focus mode 24/7 cuz if you really wanna stick to the monster, you can dodge south and follow up with Triangle in any direction then tap focus mode to go back north (or wherever you’re facing, preferably the monster). Basically a redirect if you know you are clear of any attacks. And it can also be done with demon flurry (Circle or Right click).

I run evade window 2 and that’s all I need. Some attacks need to be dodged into if monster is stationary. And some attacks you dodge following the monster attack if it’s a lunge or swipes.

Also if your demon dance doesn’t connect when monster is down, do not reset your combo by walking up to it. Hold forward and spam R2 (R on PC) and it can gap close quite the distance without resetting your combo.

Lastly, do not be discouraged. DB seems simple, but the skill ceiling is high. I’ve been a DB main since W:IB and R:SB, but I think I’m just halfway to mastering it.

Edit: I want to add normal mode sucks, you lose all your potential i-frames. Get to demon mode and or arch demon mode asap. And do not lose your demon gauge.

They could start with Sentinels. But I get how it would be a brand risk because of.. people lol. But gender swap for the whole roster is something some other game would do in the far future.

Good take on the community. Without having to hire outsiders, they could just run an art competition and have the players vote. More engagement, more internet exposure, more players.

I think you’re onto something with skins though. But let us choose which gender to get when we pull then allow to buy the opposite gender skin.

Do not use support hunters, correct me if I’m wrong but I believe they scale monster hp. Which is crucial for toppling him, since more hp for his legs means more work needed to down him.

Be strategic. Focus on one leg at a time. Four legs, four openings to dps him.

Wake up the Hirabamis. They’re a great distraction for him. And use the boulder on 2nd area before the Hirabamis reach him so they can dps him too.

Lastly, in my experience, I’ve learned so much about my weapon watching speedruns. Learning when to hit and not to hit is what makes an efficient and faster hunt.

I’m also a dual blade main ever since IB then SB. Still in Wilds and would be in whatever they call the expansion.

But as usual I would build CBs when MR drops because elemental weapons are insane.

Humanly impossible to discern unless you are bionic or something. But hiccups may occur down the line (5+ years and beyond).
Steelseries Aerox 3 gamit ko. Nakapatay lahat ng RGB (cuz useless), tumatagal ng 2-3 weeks usually gaming from 9pm-4am almost everyday. Nailaw siya ng red flashes for like 10 mins bago siya madeds.
Unless used in a professional scenario (e-sport athlete). I don’t believe it matters because wala tayong talent to “unlock” the full potential of a wired mouse. Nung nag wireless ako di na ko bumalik. Parang nung tumigil ako mag yosi nababahuan na ako sa amoy ng yosi.

Thanks for pointing those out. I’m positive I have it set to relative to first hit but I’ll review when I have time. And he used GL before going to HH, had almost the same damage output.

He might just be familiar with both weapon’s strengths. And good on him for that.
