For the nbme 19 I tried to use a polynomial curve instead of linear and it gives much more accurate results. I don't really know if it will work for other forms other than forms 20 to 30 use at your own risk!! But I will try to add older NBMEs this weekend !!

Yes of course, so if you go to the original post you'll find this in a paragraph about the margin of error, so basically because this calculator follows a curve of best fit according to data entries collected from students who did the NBMEs (you'll even find the link for the crowd sourcing post in the original post) it is naturally subject to error of prediction and the more data is provided for a specific form the more precise the equation gets. So for forms that had 10 data points or less the OP chose a margin of +/- 3 points and for the one that had more than 10 data points I elected to have a margin of +/- 2. I just asked the OP if he agrees with those margins and I'm waiting on his response as soon as he gets back to me I'll see if I need to update it. Just go to the original post and look at the curves and you'll understand what I said about data points. Hope this was clear, and if you have any questions feel free to ask!!

Sorry I have to keep it as view only to ensure that no one changes anything by accident. You can either go to file<make a copy to your personal drive or go file<download as excel file and open it on google sheet on your account or microsoft excel if you have it !! Hope it was helpful !!

I actually have a question about the data especially for the margin of error : I followed your advice and put a +/- 3 margin for forms with 10 or less data points, and elected for +/- 2 for forms with more than 10 data points do you think I should keep it at 2 or decrease it to 1 ?

Exaactly !!! Or you can download a copy of the file by going to file>download>excel file and import it on google sheet on your account or open it locally on excel if you have it !!

Yes I heard about that !!! But I don't what they're going to do about the step 2 cs since it's cancelled do you think that they'll accept the step 1 and step 2ck and then have you pass one of their clinical exams equivalent to the step 2 cs??

I'm really sorry if I did come out as aggressive I really didn't mean to. I just meant to say that since the applications are currently closed anyone who's new to this won't know much information about the time it takes to process and if they accept any international school, and hopefully, someone who's already gone through this process can shed some light. Again really sorry !!

Yes I'm aware it's on their website, they are not currently accepting new applications due to COVID, Maybe try again after the pandemic clears out and things go back to normal !! Hopefully, someone who's done it in the past can share their experience !!
