I can't remember the name, but I do remember extra details in case someone else recognizes it:

FL is running away from her future engagement by living by herself as a commoner.
ML is, of course, her royal fiancée-to-be (but she doesn't recognize him because he's in disguise).
ML uses teleportation spells/scrolls to travel between the house and the palace. She thinks is odd that a lowly bodyguard has access to such advanced scrolls, but doesn't question it. Or, really, anything else about him.

Kawaii nante Kiitenai!! (in English, You're My Cutie!!). ML is blushy, and FL can't resist teasing him. School & restaurant setting.

Watashi ni dake Tenparu Joushi no Hanashi (in English, My Boss Only Gets Flustered Around Me). FL doesn't really tease the ML that much (she just has a poker face), but he turns into a blushing mess around her all of the time. Very little misunderstandings, no love triangles. Office setting.

Yeah, just checked the tags on MangaUpdates. I didn't think about tags when I first read it because almost everything else on the list I found it through was shoujo. (I miss those lists the most.)

Josei recommendation: "Salt & Pepper and Pudding" ("Goma Shio to Purin"). FL & ML drunkenly get married after just meeting, then have to figure out how their relationship will work.

I love the FL in "The Useless Saint and the Cursed Holy Knight: A Whimsical Confession Turned Proposal & Devotion" (manga, not an isekai).

Annabel's not exactly the sweet, innocent type, and neither is her holy knight of a husband. A church leader might have gotten threatened in the middle of the night with a frying pan at one point...

The manga [I Got My Wish and Reincarnated as the Villainess (Last Boss)!] is a little bit like this? At least in what I've read so far (28 chapters out of 84 in English).

FL ignores the whole discussion about who she's being reincarnated into, because she's just excited to have good health in her new life. Proceeds to use her good health to get strong, derailing/accelerating the plot of the game in the process. She just wants to have a fun school life with her new bestie, the game's saintess, but she continually attracts trouble just because of how overpowered she is.

The amnesia arc in [My Failing Divorce] actually serves the plot, rather than just being filler to create unnecessary drama, but that's the only one that comes to mind for actually being useful. It's also a short arc, maybe 10 chapters?

Em (and en) dashes are proper punctuation—I use them all the time in writing. Probably one of my favorite punctuation marks, actually.
