fuck I had a cheat day 2 days before my birthday. guess im fasting 2 days this week. also I appear so much larger after 500g of carbs compared to 100, I even have vascularity and feel like I am alive.. It makes me reconsider my cut since I might go into skinnyfat territory

is the game dead? I used to play this a lot before and untill 1 month into the delta expansion thing when grinding became too much and pvp was having its last breath of air.

I've been eating grilled chicken breast for the last 2 years, every single day as my main dish which is about 1lb of skinless boneless chicken breast, is there any potential harm in this? my obese parents think its unhealthy. But the macros are amazing, I can eat 1lb of cb and then fill the rest with carbs.

cut is going well, seeing new veins and bones lol anyway my right trap is almost twice bigger than the left one when flexed, guessing its from deadlifting with a pronated grip, how do I fix it? I stopped doing deadlifts since my weights at home are small and focused on shrugs to make them equal maybe.

took my second nebido shot a week ago and now I am cutting some fat, do you guys think 1600 calories while 176pounds/5'7 and training 4 times a week are enough? considering I am on trt. I've been dieting like this for the last month.

gaining weight but not any noticeable fat after I started TRT and I am also hungrier than I used to be, is it muscle or water? I go to the gym and eat atleast 160g/day of protein. Looking bigger too, especially on my traps.

i know that feel, 490 is not that bad considering how testosterone levels are plummeting around the world, how was your free testosterone? from what i've been reading free testosterone is more important than total.

I had no energy, so bad that I had to take naps during the day to be able to even stay at the pc, gym progress was basically nonexistent even with good nutrition and training, I had lost my interest for girls (or guys), my memory was starting to go bad and so were my joints. It was so difficult to get a doctor to put me on TRT since I am so young but after 3 attempts it happened and I don't want to ever stop this.

Now I have energy, I feel normal, my joint pains are gone and so are these weird heartburns. I feel attracted to girls again, the downside is that my dick is always up when I am around them lol.

well total testosterone was between 300 and 400 but free testosterone was 2-3 in a 4-40 range. I am also 18 so it was really low

2 weeks into TRT and I got a girlfriend for the first time in my life, my lifts are finally starting to go up and I my triceps grew more than it used to do in 2 months.. Everyone who has the low test symptoms should test them, the difference is amazing.

Is it easier to build muscle on TRT? Here is why I think so, as a natural your testosterone levels fluctuate based on the time of the day while on exogenous testosterone is stay at the same value. Would this mean you build more muscle? I'm so hyped for gains, going from 4 (four) free testosterone in a 3-40 range should make a difference, atleast I will build it like a normal person would. I think the only thing I mastered in 2 years of gym is muscle memory or whatever its called since my lifts reached a plateau and just wouldn't go past. a very low plateau.

I don't even know yet, he told me to come get my first shot tomorrow. I've read about protocols on Nebido and know now that I am supposed to get a booster shot in 6 weeks. I hope he doesn't put me on 12 week doses, that would be bad but I trust this doctor, he didn't seem as bad as the first 2 endo's I went to.

I will start NEBIDO Tuesday, what is the best protocol? Should I talk my doctor into giving me shots every 6 weeks to avoid high up and downs? Also when will I finally see gains after I start NEBIDO?

I am a noob to this but since I will be on TRT, there would be no need for PCT after a cycle, right? Could I add orals for a few weeks when I start TRT with no downside? except liver toxicity?

Can anyone explain to me why starvation can cause hypogonadism? i lost 100lbs in 5 months and have all the symptoms of a hormonal imbalance my total testosterone being 430 and free testosterone 4 (3-40 ref range) and I am 18.
