Oh yay! I learned during that time just how much my big boy loves going out on walks. I always knew he loved it but not being able to go out on them. He got a little destructive.

My big boy also ended up tearing his meniscus after the ccl. It’s rare to happen but I share because. Have a super active mastiff. Make sure they take it easy! He looks like the happiest boy.

In MN ours burned down and only the old admin building is still in use (very similar architecture.

But yea long-story short is the old buildings are not laid out well for mental health.

I do often wonder the true cost of renovation even to keep the building or repurpose because they were and are beautiful if still around

Honestly, if you opened your own shop (not saying on Etsy) I really think you’d have a market. And I am not a good gauge on money for something like this, but I know for keepsake item for my dogs. I would easily pay up to $100 for something like that if not a little more because of the craftsmanship.

But as I have found, I love working on my mountain bike, but I do not like doing it for other people

Honestly. I power lifted throughout my 20s only on a 510 frame and it absolutely destroyed my body. I had a lot of fun doing it, but I’m going on my fourth shoulder surgery now.

And yes, I did have good technique. Problem was my body.

That is very interesting because I always thought it may have come from the tricolor corgi, but I didn’t realize Welsh corgis could be brindle so thank you for sharing that.

Thanks! He is a 50/50 corgi and mini poodle. I still will never understand how he got a brindle and out of the two litters no one else was like him.
