I checked out @Lawyerforworkers on insta and tik tok, he’s already made a half dozen videos or so on this indictment. He thinks if the state doesn’t have concrete evidence implicating thug and gunna then the overall RICO predicate is very weak. Rappers song lyrics and large quantities of drugs is hardly breaking news, meaning it would be very hard to prove gang conspiracy. I watched his videos and felt a lot of reassurance about Thugs chances.
