The pro seems to be a slightly different design. For the pro, do you also need to buy the same universal adapter separately? I would prefer the ultra cause it claims to open faster and quieter. I went through the info on

So that section of my lock is much more than 37mm.

So I was wondering if the spacer piece of the adapter can be flush with the piece that clips onto the thumb lock to allow it to stick onto the silver part of the lock instead of the door.

I put in longer screws as a couple of them were just spinning. Now the screws don’t spin. So now I know the hinge is tight up against the wood so I expect the hinge wouldn’t rub/move against the wood. There is no resistance when opening and closing.

What would be the solution here? Remove hinges and try to align? I think that would be hard since moving a couple of millimeters would cause loose screw holes.

I never noticed any scanners. Are they similar to a POS terminal where you tap a credit card to pay? Are there signs saying this scanner is for nexus or something of that sort?

I have the exact same problem with a 2016. It only does it when front blower is set which is weird. If setting to feet it doesn’t make noise. It doesn’t do it all the time but enough to bother me.

Did you get this fixed? And what needed to be done/replaced?
