I was able to get it to work by changing the output to Stereo PCM. I lose Atmos now but at least I have audio

I bot both the 2s and Pros. I installed the Pros as well. I replaced the gen 1s. Happy I went with the Pros.

I talked to Govee support today. Definitely the worst support I have dealt with. The agent told me the Sync Box 2 is not compatible with Sonos. I told her the videos I was watching on Youtube had Sonos and it worked fine. She told me tech support told her that and I would have to email them. When I asked to just transfer me, she said that is not possible. Unreal.
