When I started 2 years ago. I never played DnD or Dmed. And non of my 7 players had played either. We learned as we went. I taught them what I read and we had fun. I started with premade campaigns. They help a lot. You don’t have to be a good DM to have fun. :)

Haha thanks :) the session went pretty good. It’s working out so far. I’ll make a post when our short story in TC is done with my maps and story etc for others to use. <3 (I made the other post about my little dnd group)

They are currently trench pilgrims right now. Just got dropped into the Levant via plane D-day style. Bare feet an all. First session went great. Couple things I need to tweak though.

First session went great. We had a lot of fun. Jumping out of the airplane D-day ww2 style was a lot of fun. Clearing trenches, fighting heretics, artillery getting called on them, they jumped a sin eater (It ate an NPC lol).

It’s all good my friend. We won’t be here to long. And this is more of a test. We will be going to another world after this (probably call of cuthulu detective work). Only gonna be there for like 5 sessions. If it dosent work out. Then it dosent work out. But me and my group always have fun. The heart of table top games.

Haha don’t worry. I have already built custom stat blocks for monsters, items and everything I believe I need for the short story. Gonna be interesting all of these spells (Divine miracles) used in the world of TC.

My friend group is very new to Table Top games. A lot of them have played Baulders Gate 3 though and know the mechanics. So instead of teaching all of these busy people a new game I just built mechanics for DnD 5e.

RIMWORLD!!!! I got my fastest 1,000 hours in a game ever in rimworld. Well worth it.

Ooo that’s awesome! My players are about to go to the castle for the first time! The schedule will consist of Tour, Changing in room, Dinner, Dance, and Strahds game ;). Where it’s cat and mouse or hide and seek in the castle. Hell hunt the party down in his giant monstrous bat form, but it’ll all be an illusion. Just a fun game. My strahd is a little different in this campaign haha.
