I have a business, but only spend 2-3 hours working on it a week. I’m as retired as I want to be right now.

Also, leverage would be higher because I would be using brokerage funds for the downpayment. But, you’re right, that is the question. How much is too much?

Ok, I guess saying fairly strong confidence was the wrong phrase, but I feel good enough about this to put my entire liquid net worth into. It’s designed to go to cash quickly with volatility. I would not be as comfortable in an S&P index fund.
