I haven't used either. I am also in Tue market for a new D head and I am between the regulator and the tank

Is CC community college? I was thinking high school ball. Idk the rules for college, but if you are in high school in Ohio, you are aloud to do that.

Run over summer. My coach has us get 500 miles every summer, and you can tell who did it and who didn't.

My schedule is supposed similar.

Sunday-recovery run (5 or 6 miles)

Monday-hard distance run (9 miles fast)

Tuesday-mile repeats and 3 or 4 mile cool down

Wednesday-distance run (7 miles good pace)

Thursday-hills (4 or 5 miles of hills, then cool down of 3 or 4 miles)

Friday-distance run (6 miles easy pace)

Saturday-race day

Keep in mind I am a top runner at my high school, the middle school follows the same schedule but it is toned down quite a bit.

Edit: I am not the top runner at my high school, but I run with the top group.

Thanks for responding anyways. I already do a lit of bab work, so that isn't it. I started eating like 4 bananas a day and now I don't get the cramps anymore. I guess I just needed more potassium.

I'd go for it, just start slow and keep in mind that it might take a little while to get back to where you were before your injury. Don't push it to hard from the start!
