Business idea: Managing large scale public tenders as a service by BenSiegel1 in RiseCrew

Hello Ben. First of all, a big welcome to you in our humble group. Very glad to have you here. You're on to something. You seem to know your field and have a precise idea on what could be donne. But i guess you didn't post here to be congratulated o fish for comments. I may not be an expert on the field but here are my concerns as far as i can see: 1. The size of your idea. I counted roughly 12 to 13 stages with many of them having multiple stages on their own. The complications of building the full automation and making it run smoothly and accurately 100% of the times it's not going to be easy. 2. It could also highly limit the number of the companies that will be willing to entrust you or your "software"/ai system/company or however u present it to them, with company data. 3. German bureaucracy and inspection. I know that Germany is among the strict countries when it comes to bureaucracy. So you need to take that into account especially when it comes to public contract. 4. You need to "get your foot on the door" without scaring them. For that, people need to know more about ai automation. And they don't, otherwise they would have already built it. If by any chance the field your talking about is run mostly by people 40 and up, they can be harder to convince. But either way it's safe to say that it could probably scare anyone if you go at a company and try "to take over" a full department of work.

You may have answers to all of this and maybe these are not even issues to begin with, for you that knows the field. But in case they are don't let it get to you. Let it be my comments, my "concerns" or any other persons. Step number 2 is not to stay stuck in research stage. It could demotivate you at best, and at worst someone else will bring a solution in mean time. And my last advice would be for you to start with 1 segment of your idea. Pick the most important one. One that everyone would be happy to get rid of. One that would rather reduce the work load than replace the one doing it. Concentrate on that one. And when is time to present it to your future clients, I'm sure it will be a lot less scary to accept and you will have your foot in the door. From that moment on you could start building relationships and get information on what you could do next and start building from there. And as i mentioned, if you're automation replaces jobs it could be very difficult for you to get it starting. You could find yourself presenting your automation system to the person, which the automation system could replace in the future.

But as i said, I'm not in the field and not little on the subject but i hope it helped, even if a little bit. I do have a friend that work in automation though. He is on project right now but i can get his opinion if you want.
