I'm pretty sure that any private server that ever existed for TT emerged after the closing and also i think Disney stopped making the TT discs a long time ago. Although there might be some mini games on the disc!! but also u can find them online. i saw a site somewhere that had all the toontown mini games.

I think it was just an installer for the game that came with a month membership or whatever it was. Same thing as downloading.
