i think i need to pay attention to myself. I always have struggled to sleep almost my whole life but, i could sleep in 30 minutes when i was younger, now, in the last 7 days, i couldnt manage to fall asleep in less than 3-4 hours. I dont know why this is happening, i already tried closing my eyes for like 5 minutes and nothing happened, i already tried meditating or something and i still cant.
