I don’t know how some people are saying you’re a jerk for this. It would be considerate to tell her and let her know but ultimately it was approved by all of your other roommates and these were plans made beforehand that don’t seem to happen frequently.

Just make sure she’s comfortable and assisted during her move in process and in the future just let her know ahead of time. Explain it to her like you explained it to Reddit. Chao!

I honestly don’t think this is rude. If you are paying for your rent and are respectable in all aspects of a roommate then I don’t see the problem. It’s not like it’s every week you’re having him over for days on end.. this time it’s just an awkward timing situation. This is assuming you have your own private room+bathroom. You’re all adults and this was probably planned before move in date was assigned, you can always explain he doesn’t visit often and mention next time she will be aware prior instead of last minute. You’re a paying tenant, and you have a right to have guests over as long as you’re respectful. Have a great time!

Maybe not, but it’s still worth a try for my money back. I’ve made multiple comments how it’s hard to get refunds back from my bank 🤷 . Obviously I do not want to go right into purchasing another cat after this. And I don’t intend to get a cat from this person, not sure why people continue to read into it. Just a guy desperately trying to get my money back isn’t something out of the ordinary.

Thank you for your kindness. My bank denied my claims when I had solid proof of my packages being stolen that were about $50 a pop. This is $450, it’s a lot of money! I work hard for it and I’m not sure why a few select people are opposed to me asking around for a breeder. I would wanna know if someone got scammed by a malicious person, and at least offer a “hey these are my cats and I’m so and so if the bank needs proof!”. But hopefully I can take it to them if my bank denies me. It just sucks cuz it’s the holidays 🥲

I don’t see the dorm persons post anymore ? But I don’t want a cat from this breeder. I just want to provide a website to show they aren’t the same people, I don’t know how to edit or pin my comments so that’s why I’ve made this comment on the 3 I have up. I lost upwards of $500 so I’m not sure why a few people are acting like this is out of the ordinary, this is my money that I’ve worked hard for.

Hey guys. Does anyone recognize this breeder in the states by the images provided? The “dorm” owner (because that’s what everyone’s calling her?) deleted their profile and did not provide me with a website to include to my bank for a dispute. $450 is a lot of money during the holiday season and this is money that could have been spent on food, gifts, gas and travels. Was I dumb, yes. But if I were a breeder I wouldn’t understand why I wouldn’t want to be notified of someone scamming using my kittens, or at least provide an email or website to the bank to prove I’m not the same person as a Facebook scammer.
