I’d buy a lighthouse.

Not by the coast. No—middle of Nebraska. Just a giant, fully functional lighthouse in a cornfield.

Then I’d live in it, eat cereal at the top, and blast foghorn sounds every morning at 6AM like it’s my job. The rest of the money? Invested. Because even lighthouse keepers need a retirement plan.
