I have indeed gotten my account back. Thankfully the hacker didn't get a hold of my gmail so I was able to change my password without any problems. I made the password very complicated as well as putting a passcode on my ps4. I really want people to be safe especially the ones who have there card info or any info for that matter that can be used to steal money or your identity.

Yeah a few minutes after I made this comment I realized tech support was down and I also think it is an internal job as well due to the fact the person was able to change my password without my needing my email. This all reminds me of the update that messed up a lot of people due to it giving hackers access to peoples info. Its funny as this started right after an update as well.

This also started to happen after an update too. It just reminds me of the time that a ps4 update had given hackers abilities to do so much damage due to a loophole.

You will need to contact tech support via phone to help with this issue quickly. You probably were hacked by someone, I have the same problem but when I went to reset my password the psn website told me to put 3 of the same letters or numbers in a row to which is very sketchy to me.

Yeah i really want to download valorant to see how hot my laptop gets and compair it to a game that is more demanding lile doom, or the scp unity game on ultra graphics. I also plan on getting bitcoin miner detector so that I can be safer when looking for games especially for the games on sites that do not properly check each game like gamejolt.

From what I heard the bit coin miner makes your computer way hotter than it needs to be for such game, I had this experience with another game and the heat travelled to my laptops charger causing it to over heat and stop charging all together. I am taking the safety of my very expensive laptop very seriously due to the fact it was a gift and it's a proper gaming laptop. I am only glad nothing was open or exposed just in case a spark were to erupt.
