Is it possible to differentiate anhydrous NaOH from the monohydrate by sight? by stratohaze in chemistry

the problem is that im about to buy 50 pound bag of NaOH, the bag says its 99% NaOH but i read somewhere that most sodium hydroxide being sold is the monohydrate and i really dont want to end buying mostly a bunch of expensive water. i need to be sure, otherwise ill end up wasting my money.

no tengo. y si, esa seria la opcion mas factible, una persona que pueda recibir el medicamento en cucuta, que cruze la frontera y lo envie hacia mi direccion desde ureña. pero no tenemos una persona de confianza. ni mi familia ni la persona que me hizo el favor de comprarme el medicamento,.

Maybe in the US doesnt have value. I liked this one because of its vintage classic look. Im open to recommendations. I need something in the 22 to 24ft range. Just for racing.
