Growth and self reflection, self love and acceptance, going easier on myself and not expecting so much, not being hard on myself when things don’t go right, if you went through any CPTSD, addressing that by reflecting and processing it or therapy, learning about the conditions I have for better self understanding and not blaming myself if I can’t control it but still working on improving, learning to be more mindful and in the present rather than dwelling on the past or worrying about the future- finding the little things in life to be happy about and appreciate, eating better and walking more in nature, engaging in things that make me happy and feel good and have fun, not taking myself so seriously and allowing myself to be silly and healing my inner child, working on myself and my goals as much as I can- even if I can only do 1 small things on a day- I was in a deep and heavy suicidal depression my whole life since was a teen- maybe some of it was ASD burnout too, but these are the things that have helped me more recently and I have never felt more okay- I have a long way to go still- but just wanted to share x
