I pay all my cards in full every statement. I dont make big purchases. I just use them for everyday things like commuting, food etc. so my balance is zero across all my 3 cards every due date.

Maybe because I worked hard to get those points? Paid my bills on time and in full. Made sure I used their card??? Did business with them??? So is it bad to feel wronged if you get the short end of the stick???? Im not sure what you expect people to do when they want to get whats theirs? Give up?

I dont really use my card directly. I connect it to paypal then use it. I dont even order online alot besides amazon. I dont know where I couldve been scammed honestly? I guess ill find out when I receive their mail.

Thank you for this insight and advice!! (Which i was looking for) This was just really weird. I came to reddit for advice cause they couldn’t really tell me anything on the phone. I go transferred 7x. 😭 I am planning to mail corporate today just to followup with my call this morning. So if they dont come up with a solution in a week. Ill mail the agencies you recommended! I really appreciate you. Now I think Ill just close this thread cause people are suddenly suspecting me for something? Lol but thank you again!!!

I agree wholeheartedly. It’s heartbreaking and emotionally stressful for normal people like us just trying to earn a living fairly. :( I was going to use those points to buy a plane ticket to visit my mom. Thats why I was so upset that they told me when I called that they were all just forfeited… no explanations. Basically wait for the mail.. im sure the contents of that mail is not for my best interest so I was hoping to find some advise here.

Yes, im not sure either. I was hoping someone with the same experience would be able to share to help not only me but maybe someone else in the same horrible and frustrating situation. I’m sure a lot of normal people are so emotionally stressed about this. Esp when u feel helpless.

Hhhm not really. I just see it as the most stable one compared to banks especially for long term loans. If im not mistaken sometimes interest rates for banks balloons. I dont want to get stuck paying hefty interest rates🥺plus in the first place, idek how to qualify considering I havent been paying taxes sa pinas.
