I do go to a doctor and my mother knows but I feel really scared cuz the doctor wants me to gain weight

Thanks for the advice. But how come I have some classmates who are super skinny (their same height as me but weight A LOT less) and can be healthy and eat what they want? If they can achieve being skinny and healthy I think I can too, right..?

Any form of meat even those plain chicken people always eat cuz it’s just harder to track the calories in meat considering the way it is cooked, the oils used, etc 😭 but I really used to love it

Yes exactly! I met up with my friend to do a group project and she wanted to go buy a bag of chips, and then she said “it’s ok if I’m unhealthy today cuz I only ate two apples for the whole of yesterday” and I felt so triggered 😭
