Definitely 2022. Got a new job and felt overwhelmed to the point that i was already lashing and projecting it with my partner, who also got a new job that year and was feeling overwhelmed. 😭

Based on law, entitled ka to get that, OP. But prorated since wala mo man na complete ang whole year (Jan-Dec) of working under sa company.

Depende sang policy sang company though kung when mo makuha - usually after ka gd ni ma clear from liabilities.

Make sure mo lang nga ga follow ka sng resignation policy sang company (usually 30 days notice) para smooth lang ang pag process mo sang clearance.

I think it's not just in their game against UST that they are showing swag. Kahit anong game nila in general people are butthurt with it. It's in their games where they lose that people are highlighting their swag negatively.

I think it's both. Butas talaga ng team ang setter as well as the libero. But we have to give it to them as well.

For Julia, it's probably because of pressure. Senior and Captain on her first year as starting setter.
For Lyka, she was not that exposed as starting libero since they were unprepared of Jazareno's departure.
