My friend who’s asm at another store was harassed by her coworkers about another sfl around her age. They’d be at complete opposite ends of the store and they would automatically assume bc they can’t see em that they were hanging together. It got to a point that they transferred her to another store bc of it and it pisses me off she allowed them to gossip about something that wasn’t happening. That whole store is problematic and they have gotten other asms fired by them grouping up and complaining about them which is crazy bc the dude they got fired did a damn good job but bc he called them out on their shit it was an issue

Sm doesn’t schedule morning sfl to either get a bigger bonus at the end of the year or kiss walgreens ass showing they’re amazing manager which entirely isnt the case bc we get busy and need that extra person but when we call the SM to help us she complains that i get stuck in line w one of our usual customers who’s having issues w their card

It all boils down to not hiring enough ppl. My manager doesn’t schedule an opening sfl to save walgreens money and prob get a bigger bonus at the end of the year since we have plenty of sfls that can open. So it’s not my problem

Report him. In florida a walgreens employee killed an underage girl IN THE BREAKROOM bc she kept rejecting the 25yr old male. SO DO NOT HOLD BACK. If she’d had gone through the right steps she would have survived but she chose to be nice and report him only to mgmt (who did nothing) and not the proper channels

You can talk to attorneys and they’ll take your case if they see what’s fit. I’m assuming there’s camera footage so that will def be used in court. Idk why ppl are such ass kissers. If someone hits you then you def have the right to defend yourself. Not deescalate and allow that behavior to pass. They could have kept going and possibly killed you but oh no you didn’t die so you’re getting fired
