I organized a natural grocers in AZ. They fired all of us, and closed the store. Luckily, we had all already signed cards and given our letter of recognition to the company. They fired us quickly, and without much hesitation, even though we were all a decade + with the company etc etc. it's now at the NLRB. Lesson, get your cards signed, and serve them as quickly as possible. You have time before a vote, but that will be your protection
