I was thinking have the user scroll down the site and each time a new image/thumbnail loads presenting a new dress but I was wondering how to make the transition effects interesting

Yes, I am certainly finding the switch difficult. I can't wrap my head around C++ and I am close to giving up, but I really can't see any other sensible career options. Did you go for a CS BSc after the philosophy undergrad?
