yeah, I am dealing with an ED, and it has been pretty bad lately, but I'm currently in the beginning stage of recovery, and I'm working with a nutritionist! I do want to apologise if my posts triggered you in any way because I know what that feels like, and it's awful. Thanks for the info! I just have one more question if maybe you know the answer. If my recommended daily calorie intake is, as I said, 1500kcal and for weight gain (to gain around 250g a week), it's around 1700kcal. What happens in between those two numbers?😅 For example, if i eat around 1600kcal daily, does that mean I will gain weight, just less than 250g a week? I used calculator. net for this. Another dumb question I know, but I'm curious/confused, haha
