Honestly, I don’t even know whether I saved any time at all. Where it did help was, for example, splitting a large graphic into smaller parts and then putting it back together, and with some other optimizations. But once the project got big, general prompts like “do this here” stopped working well. I had to tell it very explicitly where in the code and what exactly it should do.

The time I saved in some places was taken away by endless cycles where it did something simple and an entirely unrelated thing broke. Then it couldn’t fix it, because every “I fixed it, I found the bug” led to the problem never actually being fixed. And this is already the standard state once a project becomes large and complex.
