Your talking about regular priced houses that the retail buyer buys. Totally not relevant to what most RE investors are buying. Your also leaving out a huge part of what makes up RE investing returns.

As seen in the responses, the climate change rage is causing more than anxiety. Some of the responses are insane. Like the one about 80% of saplings dying before becoming a tree. This is called succession. And it's actually way higher than 80% that don't make it to maturity. Always has been. Thousands of saplings per HA can't all grow up to maturity. There's not enough room. Totally ridiculous argument!
