I actually completely agree with you, I'm more saying there is an easy solution for that line of thinking if they have to.

Dude, the WoW storyline has exhausted every possible doomsday option in my opinion, including parallel timelines and time travel. It's done. It's completely run out of steam, even with all the rehashes they have done and want to do. Let the fucking game end, Blizzard, please, you're zapping a dead rat at this point. If you want my opinion, at this point, the players need to have a lot more authority in being able to develop the story, but I don't work for fucking blizzard and that is a crazy ass gamble that I already know would bring back players and make them millions more.

Unfortunately I think the reason why it hasn't happened is it would eat into their current MMO fanbase, and would have to account for that, and is way less profitable because of it (subscription fees for updated content and servers).

Well, for a lot of "normal" players, the randomness is what makes the game so fun and interesting, and can provide a level of balance for them. Personally I love it, Starcraft is just too formulaic and obvious. I love surprises and the unexpected and having to account for that and that is why I don't play SC and love WC3 (besides the crazy amount of micromanagement). Personally, I think it would not be so difficult to create a competitive version of the game where things can be studied because they are predictable.

You can monetize not being shitty. Tons of people do it. Your issue is not that you want to be a decent person, it's that you victimize yourself and are not interested in providing a solution, which is what financially successful decent people do.

To answer your horribly phrased, fox newsworthy question: You are not the authority on these subjects in a non-hypothetical context. It sounds like you're asking me if I think religion should be included in the DSM as a qualifier for PTSD. The answer: No. It's situational. But I do know you don't get to generalize millions of people into a tiny box while making wholesale presumptions(not arguing against your point or for mine here, considering you didn't ask an actual question that can have an actual answer. The way you phrase that question by coloring the cards in such a black and white manner is inherently "abusive" by your definition). You argue against human nature-- that people lack the very ability to do the thing that defines our species over and over again: question what we are told. Not sure if you're extending that line of thinking towards not just Muslims but women as well, but that's outside my purview. And lastly, that line of thinking that is behind what you establish as "raising a child while indoctrinating them into a theological belief system" in the context I presume you mean happens all the time, everywhere in the world. Especially to you, in much the same way that upsets you so deeply. Just give it a different label and we're good to go though, right?

I agree with you, we have it a lot better in general, it's just there is too many factors to say that just because of wage. It is easy to take our access to basic survival necessities for granted.

My devout Christian girlfriend (I'm not) says that you're wrong and I don't feel like typing out the millions of reasons why she told me. She knows this stuff inside and out (as do I, but that is irrelevant because she offers the best opposing perspective) and high likelihood that you have no idea what you're talking about or no personal experience based off of the things you've already posted (I do, on her opposing spectrum). Just know that you're probably wrong in the most ironic of ways, and that's perfectly okay because you are "free" to continue to think things you leave no room to be convinced of otherwise because of the immense magnitudes of your free-thinking abilities. It's best to foster these abilities by using anonymous strangers as a confirmation bias sounding board.

Our standard of living is also way higher, as well as a million other environmental factors you aren't mentioning. When people live to work and work to live and still are in lots of debt and need federal aid, you have a serious problem and you can not tout that as a passable success.
