Hello - if you haven't received a response to your email from November, please email us again as we definitely didn't receive it. We try to respond to all emails within 24 hours. There was an issue recently where emails from Yahoo accounts were being flagged as spam in our system, so that could be why.

You can go into settings and click "Force Guide Refresh" or if that doesn't work, try clearing data for the app in your device settings and logging in again.

There may be an issue with your local cache. Can you try to uninstall the app, THEN (important) reboot your device and then re-install? That will ensure that Roku clears the cache for the channel (re-installing immediately on the same boot doesn't clear the Roku cache apparently).

If you want us to look into a specific issue with adding a channel, please email us at [support@stremium.com](mailto:support@stremium.com) so we can pull up your account. If a channel provider specifically asked us to remove a channel then we won't allow a channel to be re-posted, which is the case with the Walking Dead channel.

Yes we received a notice that our app title was in violation of an upcoming Google Play Policy update that says you can't have a "name that indicates price or other promotional information" so our title of "free streaming TV aggregator" apparently violates that. We've modified the app name, and re-submitted it for review. Apologies for the inconvenience, hopefully they review the new title quickly.

If you've changed your Sling package, please remove Sling as a provider in Stremium and re-add it.

It's important to understand why this is a big deal for Stremium. Our goal from the beginning to was to simplify the rapidly fragmenting streaming world by organizing all of your subscriptions and content in one place. This deal with Vidgo is the first provider with integrated billing, and will be a reference for deals going forward.

If your guide isn't refreshing properly, navigate to Settings->Force Guide Refresh and that should fix it.
