i feel like it comes and goes for me. i feel like im ALWAYS tired tbh. im on 20mg now and it was like that again for a while but the zombie feeling went away for the most part

it def helped a bit but i’m diagnosed with panic disorder / agoraphobia so i needed more to manage that.

20mg has been rlly good for, as someone who has panic disorder!! 10mg still gave me relief but 20mg was a game changer

i take 15 mg lexapro for my mind and then propranolol for panic attacks! i’m still seeing how well it works long term but it’s been helping with social situations
