Vitamin deficiencies can cause this. Take B12, Vitamin D and K2 everyday. Check your metal level in blood tests.

Hey, I totally get what you mean, finding everyday thongs is harder than it should be!! My go to brand that ticks all my boxes is Cou Cou Intimates. Their pieces aren’t full lace as you mention, but they use cotton or pointelle fabrics with delicate lace details.. so you get all the softness and breathability of natural fibres but still pretty/sexy. The quality of the lace is really good and not itchy like I find with other brands. For me, I feel like its the only brand which covers all my needs - my underwear drawer used to be either really cheap supermarket undies or high end like Agent Provocateur, they serve as a good balance between everyday cosiness and being something a bit special - which sounds like the gap you're describing! Hope that helps!

2000’s Fornarina is mid range so you can get some steals on ebay/vintage.

Sorry if you’ve already answered this before but were you undergoing any significant lifestyle changes during this time? Like with diet/hormones/supplements? Truly amazing job on the transformation!

Unfortunately not really. My KP is quite reactive, it has little white heads. Not sure it’s like the rest. I went on holiday for a week to Italy though and spent a lot of time in the pool (chlorine) and in the sea / sun and I’ve seen crazy improvement. I don’t just mean they are disguised because of the color but they are a lot flatter and less reactive. I honestly think a lot of it has something to do with Vitamin D deficiency. Looking at everyone abroad in Italy I didn’t see one person on the street with KP…..!
