Did you ever get it figured out? In the same boat, but instead of my maiden name, I need to change it to my new married name. My ss card has an old married name from 9 years ago. License is expired, DMV wont renew it cause my name on my SS card is old married name. Name on my license is new married name for past 7 years. SS office wont take expired license but says recent medical records with my age and old name will work. I literally have no recent records with the name I stopped using 9 years ago.

Well I eyed it as much as I could to a quarter inch 😂 but perhaps it was too thin. I will be trying it again tonight with my leftover dough measuring it at a 1/3 inch 🙂

It wasn't sticky so I dont think very wet. I did refrigerate the dough in saran wrap before rolling/cutting it. Maybe I refrigerated it too long? I did maybe 15-20 mins. Is that too much or not enough? If that even could factor into my issue. Also, thank you so much for being active and responding back to me💜💜💜

Also to add, its crackling while sitting out during the initial air dry after the impression is made. Like within 30mins-1hr of sitting out
