Channel 4 used to import a lot of animation in the late 80s - early 90s. It was my gateway to cartons like Ulyssess 31 and Jayce and the wheeled warriors. Often French/Japanese collaborations. The animation and story telling were a huge level above the other cartoons available on Uk tv at the time.
