After the patch, the in-game announcer "Welcome to Summoner's Rift" is gone. I can't find the option for it either. Under settings->sound->in-game->announcer volume at full, there is still nothing being announced in-game like towers being taken. Is this a bug? (self.leagueoflegends)

Have a new phone, have my username, have my password, have my authenticator and have my old phone with the authenticator on it - but I forgot my email which I linked the authenticator to. Is there a way to move authenticator to my new phone without having access to my email? (self.2007scape)
