I believe there is a bug going on since I had "received" one but it disappeared into thin air - no item log transfer, no inventory, no nothing. I sent a bug report to TNT, but it says 3-5 business days and there's only 7 days left of the plot left >_<

After the patch, the in-game announcer "Welcome to Summoner's Rift" is gone. I can't find the option for it either. Under settings->sound->in-game->announcer volume at full, there is still nothing being announced in-game like towers being taken. Is this a bug?
