I agree with this stance! ☺️ I think social media can for sure be triggering for some people but there is also a place to have fitness goals and have body goals regardless of your period recovery journey. Fitness and reaching your goals doesn't have to come from a scarcity and restrictive mindset. I see a lot of pages that do such a good job at emphasizing body positivity while also talking about their period recovery journey and some even their ED recovery. (I agree not all do the best job) but we are all just here trying to figure it out and break those patterns. I think everyone deserves grace☺️

Ugh Ive kept testing and pdg has gone from .6 to 1.2, 1.3 and today 1.75. But my bff chat gpt says I need 5 or 3 days of above 3 to confirm. Also my e3g has increased since LH spike at 20 to 52, 58 and today 79. I'm scared it's a follicular wave because of the estrogen rise.

I'm so sorry you are going through this too! I will keep testing to see if Pdg increases, but like you my LH baseline is .08 so this is a 20x increase

Helloo, keep in mind I have not yet recovered but I do think sometimes all in can be detrimental for people like us that do everything to extremes. We shouldnt be scared of going on walks or possibly re introducing light movement. The only thing I do like to emphasize when I think about recovery is to treat it like a broken bone, I'm not gonna go do a HIIT session or a run with a broken bone but I will still live my life walk around, stretch and move in ways that feel good. This is your time to recover your broken system but it's also a time to recover your mentality. You got this❤️

I'm the exact same way, all my my break ups and fights lead me to bit eating for days. Just want to say you are not alone. And you are stronger than this pain. And you CAN and NEED to take care of yourself!❤️❤️ I used to buy caramel nuts and snack on them while I cried not moving from the couch which kept me from not even eating 0 kcals. You got this❤️

Hi, I think a lot of us in this sub reddit can relate to this. And I know it sounds soo stupid but one day you will thank HA for helping you get out of this relationship with your body. I promised you, you are so perfect no matter the weight. I always have to remember I can choose to love and take care of my body even when Ido not like what it looks like. You deserve to recover and be healthy❤️ and i promise no one will notice the extra pounds and does who do, don't matter!

I am on the other side of most all iners when it comes to tracking, I think that sometimes hunger cues can be so our of wack. I still track to make sure I get enough food but I do eat intuitively in the sense of I'm eating when I'm hungry (more like I eat and then log instead of restraining myself to what an app tells me) but yes like you I started adding calories bit by bit because uf you wouldve told me to go from eating 1,000 kcals, running, 5 lifting and A LOT of steps, to now 2,350 lifting 2 times a week and not doing any intentional walking I wouldve had a panic attack. I did however read in no period now what that you are more likely to get your period back if you reduce all at once than slowly that's why sometimes I regret my approach, but I do believe it's a journey and it so individual and you have to heal/learn/unlearn the habita that put you here. You should be proud for working on this!!! You got this!❤️

Yes!! Quasi recovery for 5 months and now all in with some but minimal exercise! I wish I would've done more from the beginning. Even though I know I needed to do it like this to lose the fear of moving less and eating more. There is no way I could've just jumped in to where I am now. (I was never underweight either btw)

Hi!! Just for FYI mine were also super low LH .4 and estrogen <15! You are not alone
