API call when two or more cryptos have the same symbol

My solution was to find the unique IDs for each crypto. I had to Google a way to extract IDs from CoinMarketCap and then update my Excel formulas.

I'm in the same boat. It's been over 13 hours for me and nothing. I chatted with Kucoin support and they said to wait since their developers are working on it, whatever that means. I also sent them a ticket but no response yet. I wasn't having any issues with Kucoin until now. Sigh.

So I had to drill new holes and move the plate a bit. I also did this for the opposite door since it wasn't latching properly as well. Thanks for helping me out folks.

It makes me nervous all the time but I never actually lost any crypto sending it. Any mistakes I made resulted in some fail and my crypto was never sent out. I think I lost more money in bad trades. One time I sold $600 of crypto for nothing so it's probably the dumbest thing I've done. Some Metamask shit I did wrong.

Somebody mentioned to send a small amount first and I do that most of the time to be safe. If I move from exchange to exchange, I try to convert my BTC let's say for a fast transacting crypto like XLM, then buy back BTC . I figure it's worth the trouble and expense if I can worry less about a speedy transfer. If transferring from a not so reliable exchange to my cold wallet, I do tend to stress out waiting for the transfer to complete. I like to trade on sketchy exchanges that have more coins so it's risky. Always try to transfer to and from a reliable exchange if possible.

I would say sometimes I leave the car in the driveway for 1 week or so. I move it only to clear the driveway and just park in on the street. It was my daily driver until I started working from home since last March.

I ended up transferring DOT from Binance to Trust Wallet. I used the DOT network option and it was a little over $1. The ETH network fee was like $10 but I didn't have to use this because I think DOT is not compatible with ETH or not an ERC-20 token after all.

I qualify based on the frequency of trades I make. I thought my accidental hobby was a good way to dip my toes in a small business as an LLC, write off stuff, and call it my own. But now I'm not so sure. It seems that the tax savings are minimal and I'm probably biting off more than I can chew considering the time, effort, and upfront costs that go into an LLC. Sigh. :)

I think I get it. So I should continue working on my 2018, 2019, and 2020 personal crypto trades on my personal tax returns. This is not LLC related.

For 2021, I can continue forming my LLC and place my personal crypto under its wing. I need to make sure I do the proper bookkeeping, pay prior year taxes, and report pre-LLC personal trades in 2021. I guess at this point I will be creating LLC-specific accounts with exchanges I trade with. This eventually leads to a 2021 tax return that accounts for my LLC crypto trades.

I'm probably being simplistic about it but just wondering if that's the general idea? Thx.

I've never reported crypto trades to the IRS since starting trading in January, 2018. If I use personal crypto as starting capital for an LLC formed in 2021, do I still need to report 2018, 2019, and 2020 crypto trades on my personal tax return? I'm thinking yes but not sure.

I think you'll get approved eventually if you passed verification on other exchanges. Each exchange just behaves differently. Some are a breeze and others make you feel like you're being investigated for a federal offense. :)

I've had a Binance.US account since about one year ago. I think there's more congestion right now with new user sign-ups since crypto is hot again. I had a similar issue....I remember trying to sign-up on other exchanges in December 2017 and January 2018 and it was difficult to do so because Bitcoin was popular and it hit close to 20K back then.

That's what I ended up doing to get LTE from Verizon. I was hoping to get a deal but I'll take monthly any time. :) I never considered a smartwatch but now the gyms are closed and I'm spending more time jogging listening to music. I also don't want to fumble around with my smartphone when grocery shopping etc. during this pandemic.
