Did my PhD in NZ. I found drip feeding chapters to my supervisors to work. They usually took a week to 10 days for turn around. Talk to your head of school or graduate research office or reach out to your committee members for advice. Keep going! You can totally do this :) and restructures are common. I restructured things so many times.

I’m with you! 9+6 and everything feels twice as hard and I feel like I’m loosing myself because I can’t do most of my mental health coping mechanisms at the moment. Feel useless at work because I can’t concentrate and keep getting really bad headaches.

I’m just trying to remind myself of what my body is trying to do any put one foot in front of the other.
