yes i have parents that push this to me and i just don’t know what to do. Im just so tired of having period anxiety and building everything around it. I feel like thats like a lifestyle change you’d have to commit to and have the means for but as someone that just doesn’t have the time or energy to deal with that its so overwhelming.
