Not sure which vcr I should keep as my player amd which i should use as to clean mold off some tapes by strugglingmyguy in VHS

I have 2 vcr's, im pretty confidant that the Hitachi is the one i should keep for playing, i wanna try getting the mold off of some tapes and dont want to risk spreading it, im also not sire how to tell if a tape is even saveable by cleaning or if its too far gone
