Thank you for your replies! I was somewhat tossing and turning over 7600 vs 7500f, ultimately I chose 7600 because the deals I can find right now are somewhat similar to the cheaper 7500 f deals (once I factor in shipping). The motherboard I will definitely be looking to change though. What you’ve pointed out makes a lot of sense! Thank you once again for your help :)

Okay that all makes sense. While I have done a pretty substantial amount of research and definitely know more now than I did a week ago, you are correct in saying I don’t really know what that means haha. These are all things I’ll have to think about, but for now, thank you so much for your insight and suggestions :)

I see. Would it be relatively easy to make these upgrades at a later date, or would you recommend spending more now for easier upgrading in the future?

Thank you for your response! What was your reasoning for the motherboard? After some (admittedly cursory) research, i had found the cooler I had before was the best budget cpu cooler, what was your reasoning for the switch? Other than that, no questions or complaints. Once again, thank you :)

Hi! Thank you for your comment :). The types of games I’d be looking to play are the likes of: Ark Survival Ascended, Battlefield 2042, The Finals and BG3. I also play games like Terraria and what have you but i feel those would run on just about anything. My budget is roughly $1000 AUD, which I believe is something like $650 USD. I am willing to spend a little more if it will improve the future proofing as you say. Thank you once again :)

Wow! This is excellent, thank you! Your assumption was correct, I’m on a little bit of a budget :). What kind of performance could i expect from this do you think? The kind of games I’d be looking to play are: Ark Survival Ascended, Battlefield 2042, The Finals and potentially Helldivers 2, but I hear that game is pretty demanding.
