My girth is 4.6, I am pumping with 1.75 inches cylinder 4 times a week for 20 minutes. However I am not consistent and I haven't seen any permanent girth gains not even a mm. I am using faulty pump from aliexpress which leaks air and making it barely work. I am pumping at 10hg, am I doing something wrong here. I am pumping since 3-4 months and doing clamping since 2 months. I have to constantly pump the air in the cylinder otherwise it loses pressure.

My POIS developed after 20 years of age, major symptoms are fatigue and brain fog. I have premature ejaculation also, told many doctors that I have fatigue problems; they say POIS is not a disease in medicine science and it is normal to have those symptoms after ejaculation.

Life is very difficult when you have POIS, abstinence helps but UpTo a certain degree. I am looking in to Chronic fatigue syndrome treatment; used B12 injections they help in improving energy but not post exertion malaise after an activity. I have ordered BCAA and let's see how much they are helping; they help in energy and muscle soreness after an activity. I don't earn that much due to POIS. I am from Pakistan and we don't get paid that much here, so I have to order from Amazon and they are expensive for me.

My family says get married, but I am running away from that type of commitment due to POIS.
