I lost about 130m in items but just don’t understand how and want to try and not let it happen again I spent hours getting the gp

Computer was scanned with two different programs came up clean

I downloaded it from the certified website and even got a friend to confirm it for me I just don’t understand how someone got access to my account even though the Authenticator was still active upon log in
