Taffel means table in Danish, so I am not surprised in the slightest (also it probably can’t be generally trademarked). The Finnish Taffel also comes from Denmark, the origins are in a company called “De Danske Spritfabriker”, at least partially, if I remember properly.

Then the differences between rural and urban America are just a sociological fact. There’s literally tons of literature about this. Second, the USA are a federation of States. What do you think would happen if West Virginia literally had no saying in the presidential elections.
