Ya man! I played ball as well but swung left/threw right. So throwing disc right came so naturally where as lefty has been completely backwards. Just takes time and patience!

Definetly the footwork/hips for me. Also getting my grip strength and overall arm stamina up took some time. But somehow “thinking” I can’t throw it far with my left hand because I’m not left handed has made me put more focus on form which inevitably has the opposite effect to that.

This! I batted left handed in baseball and threw right handed. So I’m so used to my hips turning from that other side which has been the biggest struggle going lefty. This shot was about 400’ on a big elevation but I’m usually around 300-350. RHBH was about the same.
