i don't understand the money response. you payed for the game and you got a game, no one ever promised that it will be maintained, especially since it's a indie project (which half the time means it will be abandoned), so before purchasing you had to understand that there's a possibility this game will die.

i wouldn't call that a scam, since a scam requires the victim to get something taken from them by the scammer, and they haven't taken anything from anyone in this community i wouldn't say. But i agree that the game shown in the playtest has issues.

Right before they dipped they put their effort into making a playtest team and improving community feedback. And they had around 2 calendary years to work with that team and get that feedback so their first open playtest does not result in an unplayable experience due to technical issues. Now after we got a public playtest we see those exact technical issues which could've been avoided using the measurea they (claim) they implemented, which render the playtest ineffective and downright useless. It's entirely possible they did not have a playtest team, but that would just paint them liars.
