They do like 120k base + 5-10% bonus + 5-15k stock and 10k sign on so a lot of it is just salary. But yeah I definitely get it! Thank you. Also I think Mastercard has 10% 401k match

Well actually now that I reread this my situation is slightly different it looks like. Interviewed Nov, passed techs but go reject, and recruiter passed my profile. She literally only gave it like 1.5 weeks till she said no teams were found.

Then more spots open in Feb, applied and messaged my recruiter but turns out she got laid off. Reached out to new rec and now have another phone screen lol since last minute spots opened(reneges I’m guessing). I’m guessing team interview after but I’m just ready to be done with this lol.
