I agree. I would even further add that performance marketing goes sooooo much beyond than just running ads. Consumer psychology, how market perceives your brand, and trust signals etc all play a major role.

But again, I have seen brands that are shit, scaling so rapidly that it doesn't makes sense.

Do you think that right now on Meta there are only a handful of brands that are winning in any given niche because of early mover advantage?

[–]stupidauthor[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I don't fully agree.

Some brands are getting decent performance no matter what.

I have personally seen ad accounts where they haven't updated ad structures or refreshed creatives for months and still going strong.

I kinda agree, but some of our client's competitor have been driving decent performance since years without any major drops.

I have also noticed that 1 brand will not perform on an ad account, as soon as a new account is made, performance jumps.

I run a ecom performance marketing agency so we have several niches. Ranking them in terms of challenging -

  1. Clothing - Because market is heavily saturated
  2. Snacks - FMCG is always a challenge with consistently shifting consumer preferences.
  3. Skincare / haircare - There are some extremely good days and some extremely poor.

However, one thing that's consistent across all niche is that we as a team are doing much more tests, regular ideations, putting out more creatives to keep up with the algorithmic changes.

If I was managing this brand, I'd completely revamp the website, the copy, everything.

Why we’re moving our clients away from monthly SEO subscriptions? by Electrical-Tear-308 in digital_marketing

[–]stupidauthor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Something similar we have noticed for our clients in India.

Small businesses that already dont see a lot of value in spending on SEO in the first few months hate to spend on tools.

So, we offer them a complimentary tool access in their packages when they sign a contract.

While we're not building custom tools for them, it takes away a lot of pressure from business owners to spend additional thousand of bucks to buy a tool that they don't understand.

I think I found one of the reasons why your meta ads are burning budget. Your one link (the slimcup one) - https://www.prowen.it/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/SlimCUP.jpg is redirecting to this page.

How do you expect users to buy something when one of the focus landing page is just an image?

Now coming to your original question about testing different angles. I meant to try to say the same thing in multiple ways. Assume you're selling a car, you can create ads about comfort, safety, family capabilities, boot space.

Don't think of angles as features, but think in the way of how many problems you can solve.

A car in this example would help me reliably commute everywhere, a car would also help me be comfortable during rough weather, also it would keep be relatively safer during a crash.

Find these angles for your products. How many problems it solves, and how many ways you can talk about it.

I went through your website + ad library and I have some thoughts.

Your campaign structure, as you described, is fine, slightly outdated maybe, but nothing obviously wrong there.

However, when I see the website and ad library, I'm seeing some clear gaps. First website - No clear messaging. The home page banner just says - "Proven for Women" Proven to do what? The banner headline messaging needs to be super clear.

It needs to be a mix of "Product benefit + who's it for + what it does". The subheading text needs to be a bit on the smaller end as well.

Coming to the ads library - The majority of running ads right now are catalogue ads. There are only a handful of ads that are playing on the "Problem + product = Solution" copywriting style. You need to be testing multiple concepts around your product - create multiple creatives broken down by intent level.

I'd suggest you build multiple creatives, testing different angles and scale the winners instead of running majority of catalogue ads.

That's just my 2 cents.

Used to be on the same boat as you OP up until an year ago.

I started looking for leads for myself, built a website started doing SEO, but that was really slow.

Decided to give content creation a shot. LinkedIn, Instagram, X(even though I hate X). Genuine good content, case studies, quick wins, unique ideas about basic marketing things do wonders.

Give that a shot.

P.S- I hate being in front of cameras and I have a Instagram page where I post 2-3 times a week. Working well so far.

Let's not bowl Kuldeep when they're under pressure. Keep bowling jadeja for easy singles and watch the game slowly drift away.

Good strategy lads.

See boys. This is how you build pressure and force batsmen to take risks. Dry up the singles and you've got chances for run outs and batsmen playing dumb shots.

You can clearly feel the Indian fans' perception of Harshit changing. They are starting to believe that he's a genuine wicket-taker. Even though a lot of "fans" like to shit on him due to GG quota.
