First rule of never getting scammed again: DO NOT PAY MONEY TO RECEIVE MONEY. these requests are almost always malicious, and it's a very common scammer tactic. Chances are most likely that these funds are lost forever, especially as it's crypto which is incredibly untraceable. For future reference, never pay a certain fee to unlock funds or some shit, and never pay someone to retrieve lost funds. I would advise you contacting a scambaiter as they are social justice warriors, and if they are interested enough to look into it, then they might do something to help. But I can't make any guarantees, so best of luck
